PREORDER/IN-STOCK
For Pre-Order items, an estimated date of arrival is always provided. However, please note that this date is subject to potential changes in the release date or unforeseen delays by the carrier without prior notice. We sincerely apologize in advance if such events do occur.
In-Stock items, on the other hand, are typically processed within 3 working days as soon as we receive your orders.
In the event that your order contains both Pre-Order and In-Stock items, the processing of your order will commence only after all Pre-Order items have arrived.
We recommend customer to purchase Pre-Order and In-Stock items separately if you wish to receive your in-stock items earlier.
If you wish to divide your order at any point of time, please refer to the guidelines on SPLITTING AN ORDER provided below.
*Item Description will show the estimated arrival of the items
*We'll be transiting to a new format whereby product description will show item release date, expect 3-4weeks from the release date for an estimation of when the item will arrive at our storehouse.
If Item is already released based on release date , you can still place an order.
Out Of Stock/Backorder
For items that are listed as out of stock on our webstore , feel free to contact us at admin@starrynumby.com so we can check with the supplier if the particular item can be back-ordered, no promises but we'll try our best to secure your goods for you!

We ship locally as well as internationally, please find the shipping rates below:
SINGAPORE SHIPPING RATES:
$4 flat rate for all orders under $50.
Free standard shipping for orders above $50.
Deliveries will be handled by Qxpress/Singpost/JT&T
As soon as your item is shipped from our store, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please check your spam folder if you did not receive any email.
Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery within your local area.
Expedited/Same-Day Delivery is possible with additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:
For international/overseas customers, please place your order and check out using the "international order" method. We will then get the shipping quote from the shipping companies and give you the quote as soon as possible. Since international shipping can be expensive sometimes, you can decide whether to move forward after you receive the shipping quote.
Deliveries will be handled by Singpost/Qexpress
Delivery times varies from 3-21 business days subjected to the type of courier selected

We'll only send the invoice for shipping once items have all arrived and is ready to ship from our warehouse
FAILED DELIVERY:
In the event that the item is returned to our store after delivery has been attempted, the delivery fees previously paid by the customer will be forfeited.
As long as StarryNumby did not make a mistake in the delivery details, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery fees.
CUSTOM DUTIES/TAXES
The customer/person who receives the parcel is responsible for their own fees and taxes. Customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country, so we cannot provide you with a quotation.
It is possible that your parcel will be opened for custom checks and inspections during customs clearance. Our company cannot be held responsible if an item is lost, seized, or damaged during an inspection, nor can we compensate or replace it.
SELF-COLLECTION
There is no self-collection option available at the moment.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
You may change your shipping address prior to the order being shipped from our store.
Please email us at admin@starrynumby.com with your order number if you would like to change the shipping address.
Any fees incurred by the courier will be borne by the requestor if your order has already shipped from our store.
SPLITTING AN ORDER
In most cases, we will consolidate and ship your order when all your ordered items arrive. If you wish to separate the orders, please email us at admin@starrynumby.com and we will do the arrangements, but please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
