We are based in Singapore , a country part of South East Asia.

2. Physical Store

We do not have a physical shop at the moment but we are planning to do pop-up in the future !

1. Are your goods authentic and official?

We pride ourselves strongly on this matter and we only source our product from official suppliers.

2. What Are Pre-Orders?

Pre-orders are advanced orders for the products that will be released at a specific date and time.

We'll usually list the estimated arrival date of all pre-orders items on the description.

Please note that Pre-Order items may take up to 1-2 month to arrive after it is released due to unpredictable / foreseeable delays.

3. Stock Cut

In the event that the supplier is unable to provide us with stocks of the item that you have ordered due to overwhelming demand or other limitation, we'll do a full refund of the applicable items to you via original payment method.

4.Out Of Stock/Backorder

If the pre-order item is out of stock , it might be because it is in-stock at hand so please check out in-stock section.

But if the item is out of stock and no in the in-stock section, can always drop us and email and we'll try our best to enquire to see if we can still back-order the item.

5. Ordering In-stock and Pre-order items together

We do not recommend doing so as we ship out orders only when everything in that particular order has arrived.

In-stock orders are process within 1-3 days while pre-order orders are process once all the item has arrived at our place.

We use speedpost for our international orders, as long as speedpost is able to deliver to your country , we are able to take in your order!

2. What are the shipping rates like?

For local orders , $4 flat for any orders below $50 and free local delivery for orders above $50

For international orders, can refer to our shipping policy for an estimated shipping fees

3. How long will delivery takes?

For local orders, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days

Great Purchase

I’m really impressed! The diffuser has a strong projection, effectively spreading the fragrance throughout the room within minutes. The packaging also ensured the product arrived in perfect condition.

Initially after buying two bottles, I was skeptical as it had stated that the estimated shipping date was during January, and that it had already gone by 2 months already. But it was an estimation, so I am glad I had waited for the pre-order.

Quick, responsive, and helpful customer service.

Not my first order from the StarryNumby team, but they have always been quick to respond to my enquiries, and offered alternatives to ensure I got my order fulfilled to my wishes, and to the best of their abilities. Would definitely buy from them again.

Firefly controller may be expensive, but it is definitely worth the price as a premium controller option. I do not use the customization options available, but I did try adjusting things just to get a feel of what it offers. Easily removable front cover, changable thumbsticks and multi-directional D-pad, and a nice "screwdriver" housed within the controller itself to adjust the tension of the joysticks.

The controller itself also has its own settings page if you do not wish to download additional software, which allows for simple settings like swapping the connection type used (from USB dongle, to Bluetooth, and vice versa, from an easily accessible menu). Being a Firefly fan just makes the custom shell of the controller, as well as the pre-installed GIF that plays on the controller's in-built screen, all the more premium love.

I pre-ordered all 3 whelps (1 each). I bought it for my gf's birthday. I thought I would have it in good time since the release date was expected to be in Oct 2024 and my gf's birthday was early Nov. However, there was some delay on the source side of things and it reached Singapore late. However, starrynumby was great and went out of their way to deliver it personally to me after their work hours so I could get it in time to gift it to my gf. The chat response was very fast and responsive.

About the product itself, it was delivered in a huge box with the 3 items inside. Each of the whelps were in these cute little translucent boxes, with Chinese words on it, which suggest 1) it is directly sourced from China and 2) Authentic.

To be honest, I wasnt sure if this webshop was legit when I placed my pre-order. I wanted to just give it a chance and test it out. This was my first purchase. However, I have to say the experience was a great one. The website is fairly easy to navigate. If I need to buy other products, I would buy from them again. Highly recommend. (They also included a free gift and a cute note)
