Exchange & Return Policy

CANCELLATION/RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer cancellation services for orders only if,

a. The item was purchased as a pre-order and the item has not been shipped out to us.

b. The item was in stock at the time of purchase, please notify us before the item is shipped from our warehouse.

We offer return services only if,

a. If you notify us within 3 calendar days of the item's delivery and it remains in its original factory condition

Please kindly send an email to admin@starrynumby.com, providing your order number, item name, and the reason for the refund request.

Return delivery cost is borne by the customer.

In the event that an ineligible item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer, and any incurring delivery fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Upon meeting any of the above conditions, we will process the cancellation/return & refunds accordingly.

Please note that a nominal administrative fee may be deducted from the refund, depending on the specific conditions and mode of payment. We strive to process all refunds within 14-21 business days, following email confirmation for the cancellation request or after inspecting the returned item.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within 14 calendar days of receiving them. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at staciousllp@gmail.com with pictures of the defective or damaged product.
 
We apologize in advance that we are not able to do exchange for damage of box/packaging from reasons beyond our control such as mishandling during shipping. We will do our best to ensure your items is shipped to you in good condition.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS
 
For hygienic purposes, item for inner wear are not eligible for exchange/return/refund.
Examples are items like Socks/Mask.
